After the presentation, participants should be able to:

1. Participants will identify kinky behaviors that often present as taboo-in general-and within the kink community.
2. Participants will examine 2 cases studies that address clinical cases relevant to working with specific populations within the kink community that are likely to elicit bias and stigma from clinical professionals.
3. Participants will examine 2 interventions that can be used when working with specific populations within the kink community.

 

This program meets the requirements of the American Association of Sexuality Educators, Counselors, and Therapists (AASECT) and is approved for 2 CE credits and is considered synchronous learning if in attendance to the live webinar. Participants will be expected to complete a post webinar evaluation. These CE credits may be applied toward AASECT certification and renewal of certification through the Sexuality Training Institute.
