About this SAR:
This course has been developed in accordance with the requirements of AASECT certification and the philosophies that drive the SAR experience since it's first development, and to broaden the perspective with an intersectional focus on cultural influences to sexuality.
The SAR experience is structured to help individuals challenge their own assumptions, beliefs, and feelings regarding sexuality, and is meant to introduce participants to a range of human sexual behavior through discussion and media.
This SAR has a focus on how the intersection of cultural values and spirituality/religion can influence how individuals experience their sexual identity and expression, gender identity and expression, and sexual expectations in their partnerships.
This experience is a tool for clinicians, educators, clergy, medical professionals, and more!
Our excellent speakers will take you through a personalized dialogue to understand the unique aspects of their cultural and spiritual backgrounds and the impact that political and societal messaging and expectations influence ourselves, and the clients we work with.
